- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
- Add the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
