- 4 large chicken breasts

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
