Ingrédients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Gently clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the balsamic marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender and nicely charred.
