Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage - Gluten Free
The Hearty Cheesy Ranch Potato and Sausage Bake is a comforting, one-pan meal that brings together the deliciousness of cheesy potatoes and smoked sausage. With ranch dressing adding a creamy and tangy kick, this dish is perfect for a cozy dinner that pleases the entire family.
Ingrédients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they start to become tender.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and add the sliced sausage, stirring to combine.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top of the potatoes and sausage, then sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the potatoes are fully cooked.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with dried parsley and chopped green onions before serving.
