Ingrédients
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 banana, banana, frozen and sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place the peeled and chopped carrots in a high-speed blender.
- Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, ground turmeric, ground ginger, honey, vanilla extract, and orange juice to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk or orange juice to reach the desired consistency.
- Add the ground cinnamon and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
- Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately.
