Peach Raspberry Lemonade - Vegan
The Peach Raspberry Lemonade is a vibrant and refreshing drink perfect for hot summer days. Ingrédients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 medium peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lemon slices, slices, for garnish

- Raspberries, for for garnish
- Mint leaves, leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and peach slices. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher.
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved to create a simple syrup. Let it cool slightly.
- Add the simple syrup to the pitcher with the fruit mixture.
- Pour the remaining 3 cups of water and stir to combine.
- Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and stir again.
- Garnish with lemon slices, peach slices, raspberries, and mint leaves before serving.
