Ginger Peach Iced Tea - Low Calorie
The Ginger Peach Iced Tea is a quintessential summer beverage, blending the sweet juiciness of ripe peaches with the invigorating zest of fresh ginger. Ingrédients
- 4 cups water
- 3 black tea bags
- 2 medium peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
- In a blender, add the sliced peaches, honey, and grated ginger. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach mixture into the brewed tea and stir well.
- Add 2 cups of cold water to the tea mixture and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
