Ingrédients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Mint leaves leaves for garnish (optionnal)
- Extra raspberries raspberries for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the chia seeds and whisk thoroughly to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the pudding to set.
- Once set, stir the pudding to check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a little more almond milk and stir.
- Fold in the raspberries gently.
