Ingrédients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and melted white chocolate until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Dollop raspberry jam on top and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing into bars. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
