Ingrédients
- 1 sheet sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 medium peaches, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg, egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the center of the puff pastry, leaving a 2-inch border.
- Arrange the peach slices over the ricotta in a circular pattern. Sprinkle the sugar over the peaches.
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the peaches, creating a rustic border.
- Brush the border of the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
