Ingrédients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder

- Fresh berries berries for topping
- Mint leaves leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond milk, matcha powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add chia seeds to the mixture and stir well to prevent clumping.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
