Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart - Vegetarian
The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart is a luxurious dessert that combines the intense flavors of rich dark chocolate with the tartness of fresh raspberries. Ingrédients
- 1 1/2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint pint fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pans. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not let it boil.
- Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and salt, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.
- In a small saucepan, heat the raspberry preserves until warm and smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Arrange the fresh raspberries on top of the chocolate tart in a single layer.
- Drizzle the warmed raspberry preserves over the raspberries.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
