Instructions

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pans. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

  • Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

  • Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the raspberry preserves until warm and smooth. Let cool slightly.

  • Drizzle the warmed raspberry preserves over the raspberries.
