Ingrédients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, egg, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
