Ingrédients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of batter onto the griddle for each mini pancake.
- Drop a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each pancake, then top with a little more batter to cover.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Remove from the griddle and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Dust the mini pancakes with powdered sugar before serving.
