Ingrédients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 4 kiwis, kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey until well combined.
- In serving glasses, add a layer of yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of granola followed by a layer of kiwi slices.
- Sprinkle some shredded coconut and chia seeds over the kiwi layer.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the serving glass.
