Ingrédients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 chai chai tea bags
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (like stevia or erythritol)
- Ice cubes cubes
Instructions
- Bring the almond milk to a boil in a medium saucepan, then reduce the heat and add the chai tea bags. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the coconut cream, MCT oil, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour.
- Before serving, whisk in the heavy cream for extra creaminess and adjust sweetness with the keto-friendly sweetener to taste.
