Thai Basil Beef - Halal

Ingrédients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups steamed jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chili peppers, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until it begins to brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the onion and continue to stir-fry until it becomes translucent, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and water. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the basil is wilted and the beef is cooked through.
- Serve immediately over steamed jasmine rice.
