- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds, and ground flaxseed.
- Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- If using, fold in the mini vegan chocolate chips.

- Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
