Turkey and Cheese Cucumber Rolls - Low Calorie

Ingrédients
- 1 large cucumber
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 4 slices cheese (your choice, e.g. Swiss, Cheddar)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
Instructions
- Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, dijon mustard, black pepper, and fresh dill until smooth.
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and lay the cucumber strips out flat.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each cucumber strip.
- Place a slice of turkey breast and a slice of cheese on top of each cucumber strip.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped red bell pepper.
- Starting at one end, carefully roll up each cucumber strip tightly, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving for best results.
