Keto Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms - Low Carbs
The Keto Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms are a delightful blend of rich, savory flavors with the essence of your favorite pizza. Served in large portobello mushroom caps, each bite reveals a combination of melted mozzarella, tangy marinara sauce, and spicy pepperoni, all topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Ingrédients
- 8 large large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Brush both sides of the mushroom caps with olive oil.
- Place the mushrooms, cap side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and dried oregano evenly over the mushrooms.
- Spread a tablespoon of marinara sauce inside each mushroom cap.
- Top each mushroom with shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by three pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each mushroom.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil, if desired, before serving.
