Ingrédients
- 1/2 cup cherry jam
- 8 ounces ounces Brie cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 small small French baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Brie cheese horizontally in half.
- Spread the cherry jam evenly on one half of the Brie cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the cherry jam.
- Place the other half of the Brie cheese on top to create a Brie 'sandwich'.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and rosemary evenly over the top.
- Put the Brie in a small baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and slightly melted.
